Brett has held many positions in the commercial roofing industry dating back to 1994.  Franz Companies was founded in 2011 to represent the Duro-Last Roofing product line but has expanded to sell skylights, roofing insulation, standing seam metal, metal wall panels, roof coatings, and more.   In his spare time Brett is very active in his hometown and holds positions on boards and committees.   Brett is the past President of the Lakeville Hockey Association and is currently an assistant Varsity Hockey Coach at Lakeville South.  Brett also works directly with the City Lakeville and the ISD 194 School Board.   Brett was raised in Burnsville and has lived in Lakeville since 1996 with his wife and 4 kids.

I grew up in the Rural “Thumb” of Michigan and attended Northwood University.  I began working for Duro-Last in 2014 as a Sales Coordinator after spending 3+ years at Enterprise Rental Cars.   In 2019 I was promoted to my current position as a Regional Manager.   I was married in 2018 to my wife Tiffany and we have 2 huskies named Luna and Kona.   I enjoy attending sporting events and playing golf (just not that good!) 🙂

My name is Teth and I’ve been with Duro-Last Roofing since June of 2019. Within Duro-Last Roofing I specialize as a Tech Rep. Inspecting roofs and servicing leaks are my main acting roles. I grew up in Rosemount, MN before enlisting in the United States Air Force. With the Air Force I was in Tactical Aircraft Maintenance. Outside of Duro-Last Roofing, I enjoy traveling and working on BMW’s.

“Greetings my name is Aaron Snook I am currently the Quality Assurance Regional Manager for Minnesota and I have had many roles over my ten years of service with Duro-Last Roofing.

The first four years I was a Customer Service Representative (CSR) taking orders over the phone, online orders, emails, faxes and help coordinate the many shipping needs that help contractors start time sensitive projects. I soon took my knowledge of being a CSR to the Duro-Last Engineering and Exceptional Metals Department where I was able to quote projects for contractors, auto cad details for architects, design custom flashings and talk about the Duro-Last specifications with customers. By joining these departments I was able to expand on my knowledge of the Duro-Last roofing system which landed me in a Sales Coordinator position. While being a Sales Coordinator I was able to work with contractors on a one on one basis and help the Sales Reps finalize any issues that may arise. For the past year I have been the Quality Assurance Regional Manager for the Central Territory and overseeing Inspections being completed to specifications, Service Calls, and Pre-Inspection Warranties. Just a personal note I’m not married and have 3 dogs and a black cat”.

Born and raised in central Michigan, I relocated to Iowa in 2000 as an Inspector/Technical Rep for Duro-Last Roofing, covering the eastern Iowa territory. After twenty-two years and seven months in the Quality Assurance Department, you will now find me in Duro-Last Roofing’s Sales Department as a Technical Sales Rep, assisting the sales reps in the surrounding vicinities. When not working you will find me enjoying life with my wife, Rachel, and working in the local Camp/Chapter of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War in Dubuque, Iowa

I have been employed with JRB for the last 4 years. During my first 2 years, I was a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Duro-Last, in addition to that I was estimating metal edge details for Exceptional Metals. For the last 2 years I have held the position of Exceptional Metals Team Leader.

Outside of Exceptional Metals my family keeps me busy. I have been married for 6 years & together 10 years to my husband Gus. I have a 7 year old son Carter who loves to play baseball, he keeps us busy playing Little League and travel ball in the spring/summer months. He also loves riding his four wheeler and plays soccer in his downtime, the little he does have. I also have a 2 year old little girl Keigan, who is just a typical on the go 2 year old. As a family we enjoy going camping and doing spur of the moment day trips around Michigan. Aside from work and family, I enjoy baking and recently started up a small side dessert business.
