Cheyenne River Health Center is located in Eagle Butte South Dakota. This project consisted of the replacement of a failing TPO roof that was installed when the building was constructed in 2011. The original roofing system was a Tan Ultra Ply 60 mil TPO roof from a one of the largest roofing manufacturers that was covered under their 15 year warranty. After repeated attempts to resolve the roofing issues and not have their leaks and issues solved the decision was made to go in a different direction and completely replace the roofing on the 138,000 square foot facility. For this project the existing TPO was removed along with any damaged and wet insulation. A 50 mil tan Duro-Last Membrane was installed with a 15 year No Dollar Limit Warranty that includes consequential damages coverage. The project includes new perimeter metal from Exceptional Metals.
