This was a reroofing project on the Red Lobster in Maplewood Minnesota. Original roof was a graveled asphalt roof on a metal roof deck. The pea gravel was vacummed off the roof and a recovery board was fastened down. A new 40 mil Duro-Last Roofing membrane was installed along with perimeter edge metal from Exceptional Metals.
